If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
